If someone used my personal information for this service in order to pay themselves, how do I determine who that person is?

I want to make sure I am understanding what you're saying. Someone used your information to sign up for a Square account? 

Or was it something a little different?  I will keep an eye out for your reply, so we can get to the bottom of this.

I am having problem with someone who got into my account and set up payroll for himself.  Now someone is trying to collect the $40 payroll fee and they want a debit card. This person has also hacked the support from square. I need to print all of my transactional history form the last 2 years (and my clients’ info) b fore I cancel my account. This person is trying to pay himself $8000.  Who can I call to discuss this ?

Thank you. I am waiting on one invoice from a client.  MI’ve been on several calls w people but It’s still not resolved. When I deactivated the employee as suggested am I now supposed to pay unemployment ? The scammer set up his start date in November and also set up an accoint to pay the IRS taxes.  Very sophisticated.
