Once my customer successfully pays for a service (phone consultation), I would like them to be automatically forwarded to my schedule so they can pick the time and day for their call. Is this possible, and if so, how do I set this up?

Do you mean in Appointments? There's not a way to get customers to your Appointments schedule without them booking it on your Calendar or you manually putting it there no.

Thank you for taking the time to respond. A few days after posting the question here I got an email from the company which allowed me to set up prepayments for any appointments made.
