How can I get customer first name and last name to appear in different cells in the Transactions CSV report so that I can sort transactions by customer last name? Although I have entered them as different fields for each customer record, they appear merged as a single field on Transactions CSV, so I can only sort by first name on the spreadsheet.

At the time, this would be more of a feature request because there isn't exactly a way for our system to do it at this time.
There is a workaround that can be done outside of us where you could export the file as it stands today and Excel (and I’m sure Google Sheets has some equivalent) has a feature called Text to Columns. You could use this feature to take the data in 1 cell and split it into 2. In this case first name and last name.
