Will there be a setting installed to Square Appointments to essentially set a time period of when a client can reschedule their appointment on their own?
EX: Jane Smith has an appoinment with my business at 5:00PM.
Client reschedules their own appointment 5 minutes before 5:00PM becuase there is no filter to NOT allow the client to do this.
I really like leaning on this program as my virtual assistant, and having the ability to limit my problem clients from doing this with a filter to not allow client to make changes to their appointment within 1 hour or 2 (or whatever time frame business owner would choose) would really help me out & possibly others? I belive this would pair really strongly with the "no show" section of square appointments.
If you're using the "Hold Card for No-Show Protection" option, you can setup a cutoff time for canceling or rescheduling. Is this different than what you're looking for?
You can then charge a flat or percentage fee if a customer does this and should deter them from doing so!
