I support a family member's small business remotely.
There are certain situations where an employee calls for assistance and without seeing what they see, it's fairly difficult to provide useful guidance.
Proposal
Add a remote support feature (think VNC).
As far as authentication goes, perhaps a specific role and user acceptance?
