I see this has been requested at least as far back as 2 1/2 years! I know I can search by last name, but quick lookups with a glance are impossible. A very basic and really standard way to sort names in a list. First name makes no sense.
As a newbie, I keep running into things I cannot do that I took for granted in my last service. I see requests, friendly replies with offers to update us with progress, yet many of these basic requests never seem to happen at all.
