I have a monthly recurring invoice setup, started March 1, for 6 months. When I set it up, I set it to end on August 1. Noticed today that there is no scheduled invoice for August showing when I view scheduled invoices (this year).
I've tried editing the series, twice - once by extending the end date to August 31, once by increasing # of remaining from 1 to 2. Neither of those things produces that August 1 invoice on the list.
Sorting by client, All Invoices, All Dates - it's not a date restriction thing. Logged out, cleared cache, logged back in. Still nothing.
Any other ideas?

Just to confirm, you're not just editing the individual invoice and receiving the following error message?

In order to make an adjustment to a recurring invoice, you'll need to first click on the invoice, select View Series, then you'll see the following options:
