I keep getting this currency error. I have checked QBO and multi-currency is off and United States Dollar is selected. I can't find what is selected in Square. How do I fix?
@lharris5westga - Welcome to the Seller Community, and kudos on your first post. 👏 While I can't speak to QuickBooks Online related issues, if you connect with QuickBooks directly by calling 1-800-871-3334 - they should be able to help.
The problem is resolved. There was an app already set up to sync with QuickBooks desktop. I removed that app and the QBO app. When I added the QBO app again the sync was successful. I can only assume that having the two different QuickBooks apps were causing the problem. The other app was Commerce Sync. At first I didn't realize it was QB app.
