Error setting up passcodes

Hi there, we tried setting up the Guest register access and we were prompted to set up the owner passcode first but after that the system replied with an error stating that "We’re sorry, but something went wrong."

 

Could someone kindly advice me?

Have you shut down, and rebooted the device? You may need to update IOS or square app. This will prompt the update.

Try it out, let me know.
