When a client no-shows or cancels without notice I’m getting an error message when trying to charge their card the deposit. Any idea what can be done to fix this?

It doesn't look like any sellers have jumped in on this yet- but do you have a screenshot of this error or more details on what it says?
I typically recommend reaching out to direct support for issues like this so you can get help the fastest since the Community is intended for seller to seller conversation too.
