Hey @jkrapf7 - That's strange! Are you having issues with the Square Stand? If so, I would give these troubleshooting tips a try to see if that helps reset the connection with the hardware. If you're still running into issues afterwards, go ahead and reach out to our CS team and they can help you narrow down the source of the issue.
