Enroll 3d secure/verification to all payments

Hi,

I'm using Payments API to implement online payment on my website, and would like to enroll 3d secure to all online transactions for all customers.

According to the document, verifyBuyer API can enroll 3d secure but only when the cardholder bank and merchant account are in the European economic area. I want to enroll 3d secure in all regions, not just in Europe. Is there any way to do this?

Hey @TPTS,

I reached out to the folks on our API team and they said unfortunately the ability to enable Strong Customer Authentication in all regions isn't currently available.
