NEED HELP! We have one restaurant that uses square and it is not integrated with QB so we need to do month end entries to account for:Cash in Register, Unremitted Sales Tax, Food Sales Cash, Food Sales CC, Bank Merchant Rec; Bank Service Charge, other income. Trying to figure this out and need help for these entries.
Hello.
You're able to view all of that information in your Square Dashboard Sales Tab.
From there you'll be able to customize the reports you'll need by date. Your Sales Summary report reflects most what you mentioned such as cash sales accepted, transaction fees, refunds etc.
You can also view the more detailed reports such as Item and Category sales. All of these reports can be exported via CSV file as well.
