Hi everyone,
I was testing my appointments calendar today, and after customizing the "business accepted appointment" email and then booking an appointment with another email, the emails sent to me didn't include anything I wrote.
I'm wondering if I've forgot to activate something or are custom emails only for certain segments?
thanks
@Joe_IWS That's strange! You don't need to activate anything in order to customize your email notificaitons for Square Appointments. Have you tried again and made sure you clicked Save (lower right of your screen) to save your changes? You could also check your browser - make sure it's up to date and try clearing your browsing history. If you're using Internet Explorer, try using Google Chrome to manage your Square Appointments Dashboard.
If your changes still aren't saving let me know what text you entered but didn't save, and I can escalate this to our CS team. (Or you can call the CS team directly if you prefer!)
hello, i am having this same problem.
none of my custom notifications for email are working, here is an example of one.

thanks for any help!
Hey @erinreyehair,
My best suggestion here would be reaching out to one of our Appointments specialists directly over the phone.
They can look into your setup with you and see if there's anything causing it to come up like this or if anything is a default message that they can help you update.
