Email Marketing: I have reachable customers but my campaign didn't go to anyone?

I'm new to sending out an email marketing campaign. I created a campaign and selected a custom group to send out to. It says there are 700 reachable customers within that group. However, after sending out the campaign it didn't go out to anyone. Am I doing something wrong?

Hey @dtmworks15 

Sometimes there's a little bit of a delay before the email actually sends out, and it can send it out in small batches at a time when it does to prevent it getting flagged as spam.

Give it an hour or so, and check it again - if it still doesn't go out by then, contacting Customer Success Team would be the best bet.
