EGift Cards - Free With Purchase of EGift Card

How do you generate a free egift card with the purchase of a egift card?  I would like to offer this as a promotion but cant seem to find a way to do it.  Creating a "Promotion" doesnt help as it only allows a discounted value or % off.

Yea, you can't do it the way you want to.  You can only do it as a discount.  Save 20% of every eGift Card, etc.   Buy $150 eGift Card for just $100.

Now you could do this in-store with physical giftcards.

Just to clarify, would you be interested in giving away a egift card as a discount or prefer to give a discount on the price? ie. Pay for $100 and get a $110 egift card OR buy a $100 gift card and get a $10 gift card for free?
