When someone clicks on my e gift card link, it says site not working. Any ideas how to get a new one? Thanks:)

You wouldn't be able to get a new link, but I have seen this issue before when sellers have multiple locations (active or deleted).
Go to your eGift Card settings on your Dashboard (Gift Cards > eGift Cards > Configure). From there you should see an option under your eGift Card link that says "Reporting Location", this is where you need to make sure the correct location is showing in the drop down.
It sounds like you may have a deleted or inactive location set for your eGift Cards. Once you make these changes, your link should work just fine.
