E-Gift Carda

Hello. My store does not give refunds using the original method of payment, instead we give store credit. When issuing a refund there is a place to enter the 16 digits of an e-gift card for the refund. Where do I find the 16 digits for the e-gift card?

That's not doable, you can only return to a physical gift card since the 16 digit number is already printed on the card. 

A really cool idea though, especially since buyers prefer the convenience and ease of everything electronic/digital. 

Passing this one up as a feature request for our Product Team to consider.
