Thanks for your patience! While I may need a few more details to fully answer your question, I can confirm that if by "ticket," you mean "open ticket" (e.g. an open tab), then no. Our API doesn't currently support this feature at the moment.
Can I retrieve tickets via the api? do they appear as transactions?
@Imjustjoeking87 - Would you mind clarifying exactly what you mean by tickets? I'm not sure that I completely understand, sorry.
