Does the Square Register Kit come with the customer display?

Does the Customer Display App Beta allow for customers to electronicly sign as well as tip? It's taking us 30 minutes to do the til 2x a day and a major portion of that is inputting tips. I'm hoping this Customer Display App Beta will allow customers to enter tips on thier side during the transaction. Is this possible?

1.  The square Register (new all in one device from Square that has a built-in screen and doesn't need an iPad) does come with a customer display.  the unit is $999.

2.  a customer can input their own tips now in Square POS.  If you are using a Square stand it is really nice cause then you simply rotate the stand and the customer inputs tip and signs on their own.

3.  Customer display beta app is a completely different thing and is just a running total of their purchase but is not used for signing or tipping.  This app connects to the current Square POS app.
