Does/Will Square offer a service that would allow developers to take a cut on the transactions?

As a developer, I would be interested in charging a small fee (flat rate or %) on the transactions between my users and their customers in my marketplace type of application. That would be similar to what Stripe does via Connect API. Is this something that we can hope to have at some point? if yes, any time estimate?
