Do you need to be connected to both USPS and Shippo?

I have accounts for both USPS and Shippo but now I’m having issues calculating real time rates. It keeps resorting to my fallback rate. I have package sizing and weights entered into item details. The orders are going to Shippo, but I’m also connected to USPS. But it still won’t calculate rates. Any advice?

HI, to understand, uses fallback rate - so that would means the USPS setting or Shippo setting is not correct.  Can you please share a screenshot of your shipping settings page (include Destination Regions & Rates, Advanced Settings)?
