Do you get charged to send receipts after a sale?

Just wondering if we get charged to send a receipt to someone after a sale through email, or text message? Or is it just invoices that is a fee?

I did my first sale with my boyfriend to make sure it worked, and it came up once the card went through asking me to enter email or phone number for receipt... so I did it...but will I get charged for that?

Hey @Kelsey!

If you've only swiped, or entered the card once, you will not be recharging them if you send or resend a receipt.

You can resend a receipt at any time by going to the Transactions tab in the Square app or in the Online Dashboard, and clicking New Receipt.
