Dhl said delivered..then undelivered

Placed an order. Dhl sent a message saying it was delivered then I received a msg saying the address was undeliverable...i haven't received my order and have been charged. I called dhl...left msg no one has called me back.  What now

Hey @Tactilebodywork, I'm really sorry to hear about this. It sounds weird that they would mark it as delivered and then change afterwards.
