I used to use the Deposit Report but it no longer appears as an option.
How do I get a report listing every transaction including Square Fees and Net Deposit amounts?
Hello @jcgm @RTS1! You should be able to access the same report from the Balance section of your Dashboard - the Deposit Reports is now called Transfer Reports.
I'm sorry for any confusion! There's more information about this name change in this Product Update: Deposits are now called Transfers.
If you have any other questions please let me know!
I got on this morning looking for the same report and can't find it. Is there an alternative way to access it now? Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you for your help @Helen!
Is there a fast easy way to print out this report for a months worth for my accountant?
Thanks for chiming in here, @ThorsonGraphics!
Your Transfer reports should be customizable by time frame from your Online Dashboard within the Transfer Reports tab. Once you've garnered the data you are looking for, you can then easily download this information into a CSV or Excel file from the upper right-hand corner of the report.
If that misses the mark in what you are looking for, please let me know!
Thanks for this information. But can I save the report and have it automatically e-mailed?
I would like a weekly e-mail to be sent to me with the sales vs fees. Is that even possible?
@HugoSchmidt Unfortunately not no.
This is something you'll need to access your Dashboard to get.
Please restore the 'Deposit Report' option with details and summary options, that include 'Refunds' for bank reconciliation. The Sales Summary is not reflecting 'Refunds'
Thanks for the feedback here, @RobinsNest. Passing this along to our Product Teams!
Has this been done? I can't match deposits with any report on your website (even deposits report, when I was able to find that). What do I do? Can't you have a report that's like a register where you see money coming in and going out?
When I go to the place you suggested, I can see what I'm looking for on the screen, but when I hit export, I'm not receiving a transfers report but instead a transaction report. How do I get the report of transfers exported. I do not want all transactions, just the transfers.
Hey @TN159 - To your point, you are in the right spot on the Dashboard. When you choose to export your transfers, the export will include each transaction that was included in each transfer. The report won't show each transfer individually.
If you just want to see the transfers without all the transactions included, you can take a screenshot of the transfers that appear on the main screen of the Dashboard on that Transfers page.
Deposit report was a much better description and Transfer Report is not listed under Reports. This is becoming so very very irritating. Please stop moving stuff around and changing the names.
Hi there, @RobinsNest - I appreciate you adding this feedback here. I want you to know that your voice matters to us, and I will pass along your post to our Product Teams.
We will always constantly look for and implement changes to make our product more streamlined and accessible for all. This will sometimes result in the movement and positioning of different features on the Online Dashboard - and we will try to do a better job of notifying our Sellers before these changes take affect.
Again, really appreciate your feedback and suggestions here. Passing along!
Also, since you have moved, renamed and changed the Deposit Report will you please add the Invoice reference to the report. You have created a nightmare for me and much added time in trying to reconcile payments to invoices since this 'change.'
I just want to clarify, it is not the same report. I used to be able to run a report that showed just the amount of the total deposit, not each transaction and the date it was deposited. I need a report to run on deposits or transfers.
I agree, I need to be able to export the deposit total that matches the bank ( but be able to see what net transaction - fees make it up). I know we can see it on the screen, but I really need to be able to print it
Thanks for adding your voice here, @creekviewms. The best workaround here would be to screen shot your report and print from there. Going forward, if we make any changes to this feature, we will be sure to vocalize them here on this thread.
@Joe With all due respect that isn't a "work around" that is added work, in my case, triple the work. Why can't tyou simply provide the same report they used to provide. Call it a transfer, who cares. But provide the same data? Does the dev team not understand how the end user actually uses these reports? We need something that shows the individual 'transfers' that match up to our bank deposits and the individual transactions that make up those transfers including refunds and merchant fees, along with any identifying data and metadata. This isn't difficult. Why would you take away something that works and replace it with something that doesn't? And why will you now refuse to restore it?
Hi @DogpatchFin - I can't speak to the decision making process of why features are improved and altered, being that I am not an engineer and rather, a Community Manager. I'm more than happy to get eyes on this from our Product Teams.
We understand that some features can miss the mark with initial launch, and a proven solution for one Seller will be far from a solution for another. We actively search for ways to make our products more streamlined for all - and in that effort, we ask for your continued patience.
Thanks, again.
