I am in the process of building a website for my business of selling refinished furniture. Is there a way to make it so that there is NOT an "Add to Cart" button on the item page? Customers need to contact me for a delivery quote before purchasing a piece, and I also need to charge sales tax based on the delivery address, not my shop location, so I would prefer to send them an invoice rather than them purchasing through the website.
If I need to add code or something, I have no idea how to do that, so that may not be an option for me. Maybe there is a workaround that would work for me?
Hi Modernfox,
You can turn off the Cart icon:
Login to your Square Account -
On the main page (Left side Menu)
Select "Online"
Select "Website"
Select "Edit Site"
Select "Header"
In the Content Section - Select "Icons"
Uncheck the "Cart" Icon
Hope that helps.

That works for removing the cart icon from the header, but the individual items still have the Add to Cart button, along with a quantity choice. I want to remove the button from each item. Is that possible?
Basically you would need to turn off "Accepting Orders".
Login to your Square Account
Select "Online"
Note, the far right side of screen - "Accepting Orders"
Select or click on that
Toggle Off "Accept Online Orders"
You may have to republish your site at this point so the change goes through - I believe that your site is still visible however, no orders can be placed.
