Customizing email sending invoices. Edit reply-to field in email?

Hi, many of our customers are seniors. They frequently reply to the [email protected] domain, because that is from "US" and it contains their bill. This results in many angry customers accusing us that we have bad customer service, of course because we cannot see their emails into the no reply abyss. 

 

This has become such a large pain for us, that we would probably change vendors just based on this feature. Is there any way to customize the reply-to in the email that sense customers' bills?

A no-reply email is intentional so it doesn’t get blocked as spoofing, but I'm happy to pass your Feature Request to our Invoices team. 

 

Seeing as you know this is an issue you experience often, I'd suggest advising your customers that the invoice does come the no-reply email address, perhaps that would limit the issues with receiving your invoices.

 

The suggestion to change the email address is something we see often - again we do this intentionally to avoid spam filters over large groups of email providers.
