Customize Appointment Form, or use Multiple locations?

I've seen other threads from months ago about customizing the appointment form and from what I understand it is still not possible?

 

If that's the case, what is the best way to handle my scenario: I want to allow people to book either in-person, skype, or phone sessions with me. 

 

How do I let them chose which option they want?

 

Do I have to create all my services in triplicate, one for in-person, one for phone, one for skype?

 

Or do I create 3 'locations' instead? (my real location, then a location for phone, then one for skype)

 

Or do I change all my service descriptions to remind them to let me know if they're coming in person or want a phone/skype session (and if the latter then remind them to give me their contact info)?

 

It seems convuluted currently, so I'd appreciate a suggestion for the best approach.

Hi @zuroma999 - Sorry for how convoluted this appears!

 

It seems like the best practice would be to create three different services, one for each service location (in person, phone, Skype) if you don't want a lot of back and forth. This way it would be very clear upon the client's booking where the service will take place and you could add slots for phone/Skype contact. 

 

You can also have one service type with the description asking clients to share where they would like to conduct their session, as you suggested.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I have four services, so I'd have to have 12 services in total. It would make the order page busy, but I'll try it until I find a better solution.
