Can you please help me on this?
Hi @californiablue6 - Welcome back to The Seller Community, it's always nice to you pop in with questions 😊
Happy to provide you with some details.
I was able to take a look at your site and it appears that your SSL certificate is not functioning properly and causing your customers to get an error.
Because your domain is not through Square but is pointing to Square using DNS records there's likely a DNS issue causing this.
Looks like you may have an extra A record that's triggering the error.
Please contact your domain registrar at your earliest convenience to correct this issue.
I hope this helps.
As always, feel free to stop by The Community with question, concerns and even feature requests. We are more than happy to assist. ✨
Hi @californiablue6 - looks like everything still reflects the same.
I'm still receiving an error saying the connection is not private.
Feel free to follow up with me if I can further assist with getting this resolved, i'm happy to help.
I am using Namecheep. Can you please send me a link what I need to confirm in Namecheap dashboard "advanced DNS" ?
