Customer wifi solution

I've been looking for a wifi setup that could provide customers a free (slower connection speed) service and a paid (full speed connection) service. Mulitple paid options would be desired - 24hr, week, mth, annual. Any service offering this type of automated solution would be great but even better if using a Square API so the transaction could happen within the square environment, possibly even through the register at time of purchase. 

Anyone seen something like this?

I have not seen a POS company that provides a service like the one you are referring to. Hopefully, someone else here in the community can help.
