Why when we call into support no one can do anything? How come account managers do not know anything, can’t get answers and don’t have authority to do anything?
Not much anyone can help with here with a vague post complaining about customer service. It is unproductive to just knock down people for the sake of it, I'm sure as in any situation people can be knowleable but maybe in this specific issue that maybe you are the only one having people don't have an answer not that they don't know anything.
What is the specific issue you have? Maybe someone here will have had the same issue or have an idea of how to work around something.
