Customer selected wrong shipment method, how do I change it after they submitted their order?

Hey @ADawnParker-

 

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community.

 

You can choose whatever shipping method you would like when you create the label. For example, the customer can choose USPS at checkout, but the seller (you) can ship via FedEx if you want. Is this a price issue?
