Existing customer has a credit card change and wants email receipt which he used to get with the old credit card. How do I change the credit card number for him so that he can continue to get email receipts for his company
Hi @cagmsla52! If your customer received a new credit card he will automatically be prompted to enter an email address the first time he uses it at any business using Square. You won't need to change his information anywhere. When he enters his email address it'll automatically be tied to that card for his receipts. Did they not see the option to do this at your business?
