Customer Sales w/ Cash Payments

Hi, 

Is anyone having issues with telephone numbers not being added to the sale receipt or showing on the sales log? I noticed it's only showing a comment as a square customer, no phone number listed on the sale log.  I was able to send the customer's receipts with their phone number.

How do you normally add your customers to the transaction? This will give me an idea of where the disconnect is occurring.
