The customer feedback within the square app isn’t working properly. I use to be able to open the feedback and see which customer left it, now I am unable to do that. The app will not even open the feedback it just states that I have entries. I tried reinstalling the app and also looking it up on a computer, but neither worked.
It states that I do not have feedback, but I do on my app.
Hey @Hollandml86 - That's strange. Did the alert for feedback come up recently? If so, do you have the correct date range set when you're viewing feedback on your Dashboard? Lastly, do you mind sending us a screenshot of what you're seeing?
