Custom tipping at check out

I work with music venues who also sell food and beverages. Is there a way to add a special line item for tipping the musicians at the check out, whether on the tipping screen or paper receipt? 
If so, can a total of those tips be called up (at the end of the night or at the end of the performance) in order to pay the appropriate amount to the artist?

We do offer custom tip amounts for check out, but we don't have the ability to add an additional tip pages. 

This might be something you could do with our Point of Sale API, but it will require some coding knowledge.

Thank you for the response. In our case, I'm afraid coding is not an option. We will have to look for a different option in order to provide this service to our clientele.
