Currency format

I have just purchased a Google pixel and the currency format on the register shows as $0,00 instead of $0.00. How do I change it to the $0.00 format.

what is your location?  The POS defaults to the common separator of choice in the region you are.

I am in the United states, that's why I find it strange that it shows a comma instead of the decimal point.

If I uninstall square and reinstall it, would that reset the location. Or is there a way to reset the location manually within square.
