Credit cards swipe to pay for tickets on square register, square stand, and square terminal and it gives check mark. Customers leave with their coffee and then their tickets show up as unpaid and unfulfilled and the ticket is not in the Transactions. Flipping annoying. Giving away free stuff because Jank square.
@CupOJoy I understand this is incredibly frustrating. Are you running your square terminal in offline mode? Or are you connected to wifi? If your terminal is not connected to wifi and you are accepting payments offline then that would explain the problem which I can further elaborate on but I don't want to leave you with all that info if that is not the problem. If you are connected to the internet somehow and you are still having this issue or it is with every transaction that's a whole other problem. Can you confirm you are connected to internet in some way?
