Cover images not appearing in Items Library

For the last week or so, the uploaded item images are showing up as grey squares in my Items Library - Square Dashboard (squareup.com). They are showing up fine in each individual item. I have tried several browsers and will check the Square app tomorrow.

Can you show a screen shot of what it looks like when you're doing this? 
Are you saving the changes before you leave the screen?

I contacted support as well and it's back to normal today!  But this is what I was seeing: Well 😟 it tells me I can't upload images. But it's all better. Since it was across platforms and several browsers, and happened suddenly, I assumed it was a software update that introduced it.
