Cost of Goods sold works on some products and not others.

I upgraded to square retail and did a bulk upload for the cost of goods sold for each individual item I have, however, it works and shows up on some but others it does not put the cost of goods sold in the final report for some reason. Any ideas?

possibly because even though I bulk upload how much inventory there is. Square still doesn't realize it?

i think i understand now. there must be inventory taken away for them to realize it. if it says 0 inventory they wont count it
