Correct the charge amount before swiping in Square Stand?

So a customer came and bought $23.00 item and I accidentally charged only $2.00 is there anyway of how i can change the result or change the amount i have charged please let me know the customer already left

I'm sorry to hear this happened to your sale. 

 

Unfortunately there's no way to charge the correct amount other than getting in contact with the customer directly. Did you happen to send them a receipt via email or text message? If so, our CS Team might be able to reach out to them on your behalf. 

 

Give our CS Team a call directly and they can take a look at the payment and hopefully have them reach out to you to make things right.
