Confirmation Email

Once a customer places an order, we have set up for an email to be sent. I have edited the email with all the correct information; however under “Notes” it allows you to edit a statement about pick-up; however it’s giving my customers Friday after 10:00am. How do you change the day/time? What is that linked to? I don’t have store hours as my business takes on custom orders and I have specific days to pick-up items throughout the week. Apparently there is no option for that so how can I remove the random pick-up time?

Those hours you're seeing are linked from the Pickup & Delivery section of your Weebly Dashboard. When you click to "edit location", you'll see your Pickup or Delivery hours listed there. You do have to have hours listed there if you're selling physical items. However, you could convert your items to something non-physical (maybe the digital option?) so that they system doesn’t use the pickup flow at all and you don't have to have hours set.

 

You could also edit the order confirmation message to explain where and when to pickup and that your customers will get a followup email with more information.
