Conditional Statements on Checkout Page?

Hello,

I need options to show up based on what previous responses are in checkout. For example, "How many are on this membership?" is question 1. If they select "Me and one other person" (rather than "Just Me") I need an additional box to pop up below for that second member's name and email address. How do I do this?
