How do I change the amounts on a gift card? Currently have (3) gift cards $20 each ($60 total) and the customer would like to change the amount to $15 each on (4) cards instead (still $60 total).
You can't change the amount. You can easily increase it by adding money to it but going down... What I would do is ring up 4 new gift cards at $15.00 and pay for them with the current gift cards. Maybe someone else has a different way.
