Change account countries

Hey!

 

I am based in Canada and signed up only to see my account exists and is in the US. I signed up years ago when I was there but never used the account.

 

Now its not letting me put my Canadian address. Can I reset the account or something? How would I go about deleting any US ties to my

account and making it Canadian?

Would you happen to know if the email address that you're entering to sign up for your CA account is the same email address you used when you created your US account? If so, you'll want to either:

 

A) Use a different email address for your CA account

B) Contact our support team if you want to use the same email address for your  new account. Our team can help make a few changes so that you're able to continue using that email if you wish.
