As a retail sometimes it can be difficult especially during busy hours to process refunds and exchanges correctly. We offer a 28 days refund or exchange policy.
How can I make my pos reject a refund and exchange if its out of policy date??

At the moment we don't have an automated system that will reject a refund that is outside of your returns policy.
I think this would be really beneficial for lots of Square sellers as I know it can be difficult to manually check dates when you are busy so I'll be sure to pass this back as a feature request to the appropriate team.
