Cashing out cash payments

I am unable to cash out a cash payment without an email address. Is there a way to change this so email is not required?

I'm not sure if there is a setting somewhere but in retail, we sell hundreds of Cash sales a day without any customer info like an email address.  I don't see a setting in Square on my phone to require an email.
