When customer pays with a card through pos sometimes card will not be saved on file. It says card not saved I cant figure out why.
Just make sure that you have the option to save card on file after each sale enabled, if that's the case you can disable the option > close the pos app > open the app again > enable the option back. As well make sure you have the latest pos app version and if there is an update for your device's version as well, or you can delete and reinstall the app.
