Can either I or a customer cancel their event ticket?
I have free classes/events and use this as a way to track RSVP's, but I can't seem to cancel if they change their mind. Which means I end up increasing/adjusting the ticket availability numbers to fill the seats. It gets confusing for how many are actually taken.

What you're saying is that when you refund or cancel the transaction the stock is not getting adjusted back?
