How is it to not allow a customer to rebook since they canceled multiple times and have been a no call no show?

At this time, i don't believe that there is still a way to block a customer from booking an appointment. Definitely should be an added feature, as even with no show protection, they are still able to book appointment and get around not actually being charged when booking.
My only suggestion would be to enable the ability to have to manually approve appointments IF that is even a possible option for you.
